Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the card title, word list and settings you type into this site, and what this site collects (or doesn't collect) about your visit. Short version: every card is generated entirely in your browser, nothing you type is ever sent to a server, and there is no account, login or tracking cookie on this site.

What happens to the words and numbers you enter

The bingo card generator builds every card entirely inside your browser, using JavaScript. Your card title, your list of words or phrases, the grid size you pick, and how many cards you generate are never sent to a server, never logged, and never stored in any database on this site. There is no upload button and no form anywhere on this site that transmits your word list anywhere.

This is a direct consequence of how the site is built: it is a static site with no backend capable of receiving, processing or storing what you type. Even the printable/downloadable card is assembled by your own browser, not rendered on a server and sent back to you.

Theme preference and your last card (saved on your device only)

The only thing this site saves is your light/dark theme preference and your most recent card title, word list and settings, stored in your browser's localStorage so the page can remember them the next time you visit. This does not identify you, is never sent to any server, and stays only on the device you used. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, or the site's "Clear" control.

The feedback button

Below the generator there is an optional feedback link. Submitting feedback sends an anonymous note (no email, no account, no IP address, no tracking cookie) to this site's backend, purely so it can be read and acted on. Nothing about the words or numbers on your bingo cards is included in a feedback submission unless you type it there yourself.

Visit metrics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the page and roughly where they came from (for example, a Google search versus a direct link). This tool was chosen specifically because it does not use cookies and does not build an individual profile of each visitor: metrics are collected in aggregate at Cloudflare's network edge. It is not possible to identify a specific visitor, or what they typed into the generator, from these metrics.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party profiling cookies. The only local storage used is the localStorage mentioned above, for theme preference and your last card, which is technically not a cookie and is not automatically sent to any server with every request, unlike a traditional cookie.

Hosting and infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which processes the technical requests needed to deliver the page to your browser (source IP address, browser type, request time), the same way any hosting provider does. That technical infrastructure data falls under Cloudflare's own privacy policy as the network operator, and is not accessed, exported or combined by this site to identify visitors individually.

What this site does not do

To be explicit rather than vague: there is no user account system, no login, no image upload, no advertising network, no remarketing pixel, and no sale or sharing of visitor data with data brokers. Unlike some other bingo card tools, nothing you generate here is ever saved to a shared or public gallery, and no card is indexed by search engines; it exists only in your own browser tab and, if you choose, on your printed page.

Why nothing needs to leave your browser

It is worth explaining why this site can make such an absolute claim about your word lists and settings never being sent anywhere, rather than just asserting it. Generating a bingo card is, at its core, a small amount of math: take a list of words or numbers, shuffle it with a fair random-number method, and lay the result out in a grid. A browser is entirely capable of doing that math on its own, in milliseconds, without needing a server to do it instead. Because there is no step in the process that genuinely benefits from a server (no shared database of cards to search, no account to check credentials against, no image to process), there was never a reason to build one, and so this site simply does not have the infrastructure that would be needed to receive, store, or process what you type, even setting privacy policy aside entirely.

Comparing this to other bingo card tools

Some other bingo card generators do send your word list to a server, often so the resulting card can be given its own shareable web address, or saved to an account for later. That is a reasonable design choice for a tool built around sharing and saving cards across devices, but it is a different product than this one. This site's generator is built around the opposite priority: instant, private, one-device use, with printing (or saving a PDF through your own browser) as the way a card leaves your screen, rather than a server-hosted link. If what you actually need is a persistent, shareable, account-based bingo card, a tool built around that use case will likely serve you better than this one; if what you want is a fast, private, no-account way to generate and print cards, that is exactly what this site is for.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site collects or handles data changes in the future (for example, if a new feature required saving something on a server), this page will be updated to reflect that change before it takes effect. The commitment is to keep this text matching what the tool actually does, not a generic description copied from elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions

Do you store the words or numbers I put on my bingo cards?
No. Every card is generated in your browser, in JavaScript. No word, number or title you enter is sent to a server or saved in any database on this site.
Does this site use cookies?
It does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only local storage is your theme preference and last card, saved via your browser's localStorage, which is not a cookie and is not automatically sent to servers.
Will my bingo card show up if someone searches for it?
No. Cards are never uploaded, saved to a public gallery, or indexed by search engines. They exist only in your browser and on your printed page.
Do the visit metrics identify who I am?
No. The Cloudflare Web Analytics used here collects aggregate metrics and does not use cookies or build an individual profile per visitor.
How do I contact you about a privacy question?
Use the feedback link on the homepage, or email the address listed in this site's footer.
